Rates quoted are per person. Deerfield Spa observers a “no tipping policy.” A service charge of 17% and 6% PA sales tax are added to all room rates. A service charge of 17% will be added to all personal services.

What’s Included – All rates are per person and include accommodations, three meals and two snacks a day, unlimited fitness classes, Deerfield’s celebrated hiking program, lifestyle education lectures, workshops and demonstrations, evening activities, and 24-hour use of all facilities.

Deposit – In order to confirm your reservation, a deposit of $200 per person is required at the time you make your reservation.

Cancellations – A $35 processing fee per person is charged on all cancellations. The balance of your deposit will be returned if cancellation is received two weeks prior to confirmed arrival date. If you cancel your reservation for any reason (including emergencies) less than 14 days before arrival, but no more than 7 days, we will hold your deposit on account for one full year in the amount of the balance. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit. No credit is given for late arrival or early departures. No refund for unused services.
